Terms and Conditions

To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment at our course, we kindly ask that you follow the Terms and Conditions outlined below:

1. General Conditions

The use of the golf courses is subject to compliance with all rules and regulations set forth by El Prado Golf Courses.
All players must check in at the ProShop prior to starting their round.

2. Tee Times

Advance reservations are recommended and can be made through the ProShop or our official booking system.
Tee times are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and is made available up to 7 (seven) days in advance.
5 Player Groups (Fivesome) are not permitted at this course.
Max allowed online booking is 12 (twelve) players or 3 (three) consecutive tee times. For 12+ players or 3+ consecutive tee-times, contact Head Golf Professional.
By utilizing our official booking system, you hereby agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy established by our booking partner, GolfNow.

All players must adhere to proper golf etiquette, including maintaining pace of play.
Foul language, unsportsmanlike conduct, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course.

Casual attire is welcome at El Prado Golf Courses. However, we kindly ask guests to wear "reasonable and appropriate" clothing out of respect for fellow patrons on the course.

Players must have their own set of golf clubs and essential gear. Rental clubs are available at the clubhouse for an additional fee.

Stay on designated paths.
Do not operate or drive golf carts on greens and tees.
Exercise caution when crossing the bridges on the course, as they are narrow.
Report any cart damage or malfunctions to the ProShop or Maintenance staff immediately.
When finished, return golf carts to the designated return area.
Any damage to golf carts will result in financial penalties.

While you won't be charged if you need to cancel, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Players assume all risks associated with playing golf, including potential injury or damage to property.
El Prado Golf Courses is not liable for personal injury or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.

Alcohol consumption is permitted within the club’s guidelines.
Bartenders and servers reserve the right to discontinue alcohol service to any individual who appears to be intoxicated.
Players must be of legal drinking age and are encouraged to drink responsibly.
The possession or use of outside alcohol, ice chests, or coolers is strictly prohibited on the course.

The management reserves the right to close or modify the course for maintenance or special events without prior notice.

By reserving a tee time and playing at El Prado Golf Courses, players agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
The Terms and Conditions are subject to periodic updates without prior notice.
